Customer notice regarding COVID-19
17th March 2020
We take the wellbeing of our customers and staff extremely seriously. We are constantly monitoring UK Government advice to ensure we follow the necessary procedures to protect you. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we wanted to let you know about additional safety measures we have implemented.
Where appropriate we have removed tables in our viewing room to increase the distance between customers. Viewing tables will be cleaned after each use.
Our kitchen is currently closed to customers viewing lots. We do hope you will understand.
Room numbers will be sanitised before each auction.
Our card machine will be sanitised after each use.
Customers will be discouraged from attending the sale room until their chosen field is being auctioned.
Whilst we are still holding viewing days and auctions we do advise that, if you are suffering symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with those displaying symptoms, you do not enter our premises or auction.
We need to remind customers of the current medical advice:
Wash your hands when entering our premises and repeat frequently during your visit.
Avoid shaking hands.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Maintain a high level of hygiene. Cough or sneeze in to a tissue and safely dispose asap.
We welcome bids on the book in advance of the sale. Bids can be placed online or by emailing bids@warwickandwarwick.com. Subject to availability telephone bids are also welcome.
We thank you for your understanding during this challenging time and wish all our customers the best during the coming months.
